ELECTRICAL SAFETY REGULATION 2013 - REG 302

302 Applications for issue of electrical contractor licences

(1) This section applies if—

(a) a person applied, before the commencement, for an electrical contractor licence under section 59 of the Act ; and

(b) on the commencement, the application has not been decided.

(2) For sections 42 and 48, section 7 as in force immediately before the commencement applies in relation to the application.
