Insurance requirements for applicant for electrical contractor licence
51 Insurance requirements for applicant for electrical contractor licence
An applicant for an electrical contractor licence must give the regulator—
(a) evidence that the applicant has public and products liability insurance
for at least $5,000,000 under a contract of insurance approved by the
regulator; and
(b) evidence that the applicant has consumer protection
insurance for at least $50,000 under a contract of insurance approved by the
regulator.
