42 Prescribed particulars to be entered in register of contributors—Act, s
47(3)(e)
(1) This section applies if a contributor pays all the contributor’s
contributions to the corporation.
(2) The following particulars are
prescribed for section 47 (3) (e) of the Act — (a) the contributor’s
contributions are fully paid;
(b) the date they were fully paid.
