3 Entities prescribed for meaning of public sector officer—Act, s 47

The following are entities prescribed for the Act , section 47 (i) —

(a) the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation; and

(b) each Hospital and Health Service established under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 , section 7 .
