LOCAL GOVERNMENT REGULATION 2012 - REG 185

185 Particular resolutions

The annual report for a financial year must contain—

(a) a copy of the resolutions made during the financial year under section 250 (1) ; and

(b) a list of any resolutions made during the financial year under section 206 (2) .
