LOCAL GOVERNMENT REGULATION 2012 - REG 259

Quorum at meetings

259 Quorum at meetings

(1) A quorum of a local government is a majority of its councillors.
(2) However, if the number of councillors is an even number, one-half of the number is a quorum.
