Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsSection 202(5) does not apply to the mayor, the deputy mayor or the chief executive officer of a new local government for the 2013–14 financial year to the extent it requires any of them to have regard to a 5-year corporate plan for the local government.
