72 Existing pest control advices

(1) This section applies in relation to a pest control advice under the repealed Pest Management Regulation 2003, section 13 if—

(a) the advice was given by a licensed technician to a person for a pest control activity before the commencement; and

(b) the pest control activity was not completed immediately before the commencement.

(2) The licensed technician is taken to have satisfied both of the following conditions in relation to carrying out the pest control activity—

(a) the condition mentioned in section 13 for giving a pre-treatment pest control advice;

(b) the condition mentioned in section 15 for giving a post-treatment pest control advice.
