Requirements for process
62 Requirements for process
(1) Subject to the restrictions about entering into a commercial activity
agreement mentioned in division 1 , any process the chief executive considers
appropriate may be used to decide which expressions of interest should be
further negotiated toward a commercial activity agreement.
(2) However, in
considering an expression of interest, the chief executive must have regard
to— (a) the matters the chief executive is required to have regard to in
considering an application for a permission for the activity; and
(b) any
other matter the chief executive reasonably considers relevant.
