Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsWhere a Magistrates Court before which a Provisional order made in another Australian State comes for confirmation orders that the case be remitted for the taking of further evidence, the clerk of the court shall remit the case and send a notice in Form No. 40 of the Schedule setting out the matters in respect of which further evidence is necessary.
