NATURE CONSERVATION (ESTUARINE CROCODILE) CONSERVATION PLAN 2018 - REG 46

46 Period for which particular documents must be kept

(1) This section applies if a person is required, under the Act , to keep a record, or a copy of a record—

(a) to which the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 345 (1) applies; and

(b) that relates to a harvesting licence for estuarine crocodile eggs.

(2) For the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 337 , definition required period , paragraph (a) (i) , the record or copy must be kept for 5 years after the person—

(a) if the person is the holder of the licence—stops holding the licence; or

(b) otherwise—stops carrying out the activity to which the record or copy relates.
