NATURE CONSERVATION (KOALA) CONSERVATION PLAN 2017 - REG 13

13 General restriction on grant

The chief executive must not grant any of the following animal authorities for koalas—

(a) a standard licence;

(b) a specialised licence;

(c) an advanced licence;

(d) a harvesting licence;

(e) a dealer licence;

(f) a damage mitigation permit;

(g) a permit to keep.
