Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsThe holder of an advanced licence for a protected amphibian, bird or reptile, or a relevant person for the holder, may breed a mutation of the amphibian, bird or reptile.
Note—Under section 92 (1) of the Act , it is an offence for a person to knowingly breed a hybrid or mutation of a protected animal other than under a regulation or an exemption under a regulation.
