NATURE CONSERVATION (ANIMALS) REGULATION 2020 - REG 137

137 Grant of licence

Subject to section 138 and chapter 5 , part 2 , the chief executive may grant a dealer licence for—

(a) a live farm animal; or

(b) a dead protected animal; or

(c) a dead international animal.
