Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsThe holder of a farming licence must not allow a person to handle a live dangerous or venomous animal kept under the licence unless the person—
(a) is a relevant person for the holder who has appropriate training for handling the animal; or
(b) handles the animal as part of training being conducted by the holder or a relevant person for the holder.
