NATURE CONSERVATION (ANIMALS) REGULATION 2020 - REG 178A

178A Way flying-fox roost action to be taken

The holder of a flying-fox roost management permit, or a relevant person for the holder, may carry out an activity under the permit only in a way that—

(a) causes minimal damage and disturbance to other wildlife and the environment; and

(b) is humane.
