NATURE CONSERVATION (ANIMALS) REGULATION 2020 - REG 222
Moving animals
222 Moving animals
(1) The holder of a movement permit, or a relevant person
for the holder, may move an authorised animal from and to the places stated in
the permit. Note— See part 2 , division 3 about moving particular animals
under authorities.
(2) However, subsection (1) authorises the holder or
relevant person to make only 1 movement under the permit.
