Effect of movement requirements on authorisation
330 Effect of movement requirements on authorisation
(1) This section
applies if— (a) a person is authorised under another provision of this
regulation to move an animal; and
(b) a requirement under section 328 or 329
(a
"movement requirement" ) applies to the movement of the animal.
(2) The
person is authorised under the other provision only to the extent the person
complies with the movement requirement when moving the animal.
