A person who is required to keep a record must ensure the information mentioned in section 346 is included in the record on—
(a) for information mentioned in section 346 (a) —the day stated in the conservation plan; or
(b) for a relevant record particular for the record—(i) if a conservation plan states the day the information must be included—the stated day; or(ii) if a provision of this regulation states the period within which the information must be included—the stated period; or(iii) otherwise—within 72 hours after the event to which the record relates happens.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
