Proceedings for recovery
363 Proceedings for recovery
(1) This section applies in relation to a
person who has not paid a fee.
(2) A proceeding may be started against the
person, for the recovery of the fee, or part of the fee, whether or not— (a)
a prosecution has been started against the person for an offence relating to
the failure to pay the fee; or
(b) the person has been convicted of an
offence relating to the failure to pay the fee.
