Application of new ss 163 and 164 to existing applications for damage mitigation permits
427 Application of new ss 163 and 164 to existing applications for damage
mitigation permits
(1) This section applies in relation to an application
for a damage mitigation permit— (a) that was made, but not decided, before
the commencement; and
(b) to which former sections 163 and 164 applied.
(2)
New sections 163 and 164 apply in relation to deciding the application.
