26 Sexually transmissible diseases

The following diseases or conditions are prescribed for schedule 4 of the Act , definition
"sexually transmissible disease" —

• hepatitis A—acute

• hepatitis B—acute or chronic (until non-infective)

• hepatitis C—acute

• pubic lice

• scabies

• trichomoniasis.
