Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies if—(a) before 1 April 2020, a person applies for a licence of a class mentioned in column 1 of the table below; and(b) the person holds a licence of the class mentioned opposite the licence class applied for in column 2 of the table.
(2) No fee is payable for the application or the grant of the licence applied for.
