105 Giving copy of order under Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, s 144
(1) If the tribunal makes an order under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 ,
section 144 in relation to a complaint, the applicant must promptly give a
copy of the order to— (a) each party to the complaint; and
(b) the human
rights commissioner, if the applicant is not the human rights commissioner;
and
(c) any other person the tribunal directs to be given a copy of the
order.
(2) However, the tribunal may order the principal registrar to give a
copy of the order to a person mentioned in subrule (1) or may order that the
copy be given to the person in a particular way.
(3) If the tribunal orders
the principal registrar to give a copy of the order to a person mentioned in
subrule (1) , the applicant is exempt from the requirement to give the order
to the person under the subrule.
