Application for licence or renewal before commencement
30 Application for licence or renewal before commencement
(1) This section applies to an application for a licence, or renewal of a
licence, made but not decided before the commencement of this section.
(2)
The repealed Security Providers Regulation 1995 applies in relation to the
application.
