TRUST ACCOUNTS REGULATION 1999 - REG 13

13 Keeping trust account ledgers

A trustee must keep a separate ledger account in the trust account ledger for each matter conducted for each person on whose behalf the trustee receives trust moneys.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
