TRUST ACCOUNTS REGULATION 1999 - REG 20

20 Interest on investments

A trustee must ensure that interest accruing on trust moneys invested by the trustee is—

(a) added to the trust moneys; and

(b) dealt with by the trustee as trust moneys.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
