Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsA person must not consign dangerous goods to which this division applies for transport in or on a cargo transport unit if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the goods are not loaded or stowed, or can not be transported or unloaded, in accordance with chapter 7.1 of the ADG Code.
