TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE (RAIL) REGULATION 2017 - REG 12

12 Litter

A person must not leave litter on a railway or rolling stock, other than in a container provided for depositing litter.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
