TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2018 - REG 276

276 Records to be maintained

(1) If, under the Act , a person is required to maintain records, the person must—

(a) maintain the records for at least 5 years; and

(b) produce the records if asked by the chief executive or an authorised person.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a record required to be kept under—

(a) section 81 of the Act ; or

(b) part 6 , division 4 .
