TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2015 - REG 13

13 Voluntary surrender of accreditation

(1) An accredited person may surrender the person’s accreditation by giving the chief executive a written notice of surrender.

(2) The surrender takes effect—

(a) on the day the notice is given; or

(b) if a later day is stated in the notice, on the later day.
