TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2015 - REG 168

168 Special event permits

(1) This section applies to a special event permit—

(a) issued under part 5, division 2 of the repealed regulation; and

(b) in force immediately before the commencement.

(2) The permit—

(a) is taken to have been issued under part 5, division 2 of this regulation; and

(b) continues according to its terms.
