Document purporting to be accreditation document
67 Document purporting to be accreditation document
(1) A person must not possess a document that resembles an accreditation
document and is calculated to deceive someone. Penalty— Maximum
penalty—40 penalty units.
(2) A person must not give another person a
document that resembles an accreditation document and is calculated to deceive
someone. Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(3) For
subsections (1) and (2) , it is irrelevant whether the person intended to be
deceived is known or unknown, or exists or does not exist.
