166 Application of part to bicycles and personal mobility devices

This part does not apply to a bicycle or a personal mobility device that is stopped or parked—

(a) at a bicycle rail or in a bicycle rack; or

(b) on a bicycle path, footpath, separated footpath, shared path or nature strip; or

(c) on a part of a road that is designated for the parking of bicycles or personal mobility devices.
