TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2009 - REG 300E

Interfering with or interrupting funeral procession

300E Interfering with or interrupting funeral procession

A driver must not, without a reasonable excuse, interfere with, or interrupt, the free passage along any length of road of—

(a) any funeral procession; or
(b) any vehicle or person apparently forming part of the procession.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
