353AA Prescribed offences for the Act, s 113A(2)(a) and (b)

For section 113A (2) (a) and (b) of the Act , offences against the following provisions are prescribed offences—

(a) the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 , section 10 ;

(b) the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 , section 20 (1) and (2) .
