Supervising registered training organisation
41 Supervising registered training organisation
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the transfer day, CQIT was,
under the VETE Act, chapter 3, part 2, a supervising registered training
organisation for an apprentice or trainee.
(2) On the transfer day, CQ
university is taken to be the supervising registered training organisation for
the apprentice or trainee.
