TRAFFIC REGULATION 1962 - REG 117AA
Return of licence for alteration
117AA Return of licence for alteration
(1) A superintendent may, by written notice, require the licensee to return
the licence (in a way, and within a time, specified) to enable the conditions
stated on the licence to be amended.
(2) The time specified must be at least
14 days.
(3) A licensee must comply with a notice under subsection (1) ,
unless the person has a reasonable excuse not to comply with it.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(4) The licence
conditions as amended under section 117 take effect from the appropriate day
under section 117 (9) , even if the licensee does not return the licence for
alteration.
