TRAFFIC REGULATION 1962 - REG 69

69 Permit copied, damaged etc.

A person must not wilfully do any of the following to a disability parking permit, unless the person has a reasonable excuse—

(a) alter or copy the permit;

(b) damage or deface the permit, or otherwise make the permit illegible.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
