UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 123
Service outside Queensland
123 Service outside Queensland
(1) This rule applies only to service of an originating process outside
Queensland but within Australia.
(2) The originating process must be served
in accordance with the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 (Cwlth) .
