UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 135
No step without notice of intention to defend
135 No step without notice of intention to defend
(1) Except with the
court’s leave, a defendant may take a step in a proceeding only if the
defendant has first filed a notice of intention to defend.
(2) In this
rule—
"notice of intention to defend" includes a conditional notice of intention to
defend.
