Defamation pleadings
174 Defamation pleadings
If in a proceeding for defamation the plaintiff
intends to allege that the defendant was actuated by ill will to the plaintiff
or by another improper motive, the plaintiff must allege in a reply the facts
from which the ill will or improper motive is to be inferred.
