UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 254
Order before proceeding starts
254 Order before proceeding starts
(1) In urgent circumstances, the court
may, before a proceeding starts, make an order under rule 250 or 251 as if the
proceeding had started.
(2) The order may include conditions about starting
the proceeding.
