UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 429T

429T Disclosure of report

A report prepared for a proceeding by a court-appointed expert is taken to be disclosed under this part if the registrar forwards copies of the report to the parties to the proceeding—

(a) as required under rule 429S (b) (ii) ; or

(b) as otherwise directed by the court.
