UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 500

500 Assessors

(1) The court may sit with 1 or more assessors if the trial is not a trial by jury.

(2) A trial with assessors may be conducted as the court directs.

(3) Assessors may be chosen as the court directs.
