(1) The parties must have all relevant documents available at the hearing of an employment claim.
(2) The court—(a) may order a party to disclose a document that—(i) is in the possession or under the control of the party; and(ii) is directly relevant to an allegation in issue in the proceeding; and(b) may hear the claim in private; and(c) must make a record of the evidence given; and(d) must record the reasons for its decision and give a copy of the reasons to the parties.
