UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 531

531 Filing and service

Unless the court orders otherwise, the accounting party must—

(a) file the account and affidavit; and

(b) serve copies as soon as practicable after they are filed on all other persons entitled to be heard at the taking of the account.
