Notice of revocation or alteration of resealed Queensland grant
641 Notice of revocation or alteration of resealed Queensland grant
If the
registrar believes that a Queensland grant that has been revoked or altered
has been resealed by a court outside Queensland, the registrar must send to
the other court notice of the revocation of, or alteration in, the grant.
