UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 752

752 Service
(1) A notice of appeal must be served on all respondents to the
appeal and on any other person the Court of Appeal directs.
(2) A notice of
appeal, a notice of cross appeal or a notice of contention may be served on a
party at the party’s address for service in the proceeding in which the
decision was given.
