(1) If the amount payable under an enforceable money order of the Supreme Court is—(a) within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in a Magistrates Court; or(b) within the jurisdiction of the District Court but not within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in the District Court.
(2) If the amount payable under an enforceable money order of the District Court is within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in a Magistrates Court.
(3) An enforceable money order of the District Court or a Magistrates Court may be enforced in the Supreme Court if the Supreme Court so orders.
(4) Unless the court in which a money order was made orders otherwise, the costs of the order’s enforcement are recoverable only on—(a) if the amount payable under the order is within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court, the scale of costs prescribed for Magistrates Courts; or(b) if the amount payable under the order is within the jurisdiction of the District Court, the scale of costs prescribed for the District Court.
